Our Partners

Building Lebanon’s biodiversity network together

Why Partner with LNH

Lebanese Natural Heritage is building Lebanon’s first open biodiversity database — combining citizen science, expert validation, and field research into a single publicly accessible platform. Our work directly supports Lebanon’s National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP 2025) and aligns with the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), to which Lebanon is a signatory. We partner with institutions that share our commitment to documenting, protecting, and making Lebanon’s natural heritage openly accessible to universities, nature reserves, NGOs, research institutes, and government bodies.

What partnership means

Lebanese Natural Heritage is Lebanon’s open biodiversity network — a shared infrastructure connecting organizations, researchers, reserves, and citizens around a common goal: building a complete and accessible record of Lebanon’s natural heritage. Becoming an LNH partner means joining that network. Your field programs, inventories, and citizen science campaigns become part of Lebanon’s national biodiversity record — visible, accessible, and connected to a growing community that cares.

How it Works

Your programs on LNH

Your field events, seasonal inventories, and citizen science campaigns are listed and promoted on the LNH platform — reaching a wider audience of naturalists, volunteers, and researchers.

Shared data infrastructure

Observations collected through your protocols contribute to Lebanon’s open biodiversity database — credited to your organization and accessible to researchers and conservation managers.

Network recognition

Your logo appears on the LNH Partners page. Your work is part of Lebanon’s national biodiversity story — alongside reserves, universities, NGOs, and citizen scientists across the country.

Who can Partner

We partner with organizations working in:

  • Nature reserves and protected areas
  • Biodiversity research and monitoring
  • Environmental education
  • Citizen science program management
  • Conservation policy and advocacy

If your organization runs field inventories, seasonal surveys, or nature programs in Lebanon — this network is built for you.
